Elaine Sullivan
Elaine Sullivan acts as a sounding board and adviser to Boards, Chairs, Directors and Executives and has led our Board Effectiveness Review work for over 10 years.
She advises clients on a wide range of contexts driven by the challenges of leadership, team effectiveness, succession, career management and transition.
Elaine has a wealth of experience gained in senior executive leadership roles at IBM, Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank managing businesses ranging from early stage to significant worldwide revenue. She has worked globally and lived in the UK, New York and Paris. She has been Chair of Physitrack plc., a global B2B digital healthcare provider, which she took through listing, and The London Wildlife Trust.
She is a long-term proponent of, and has led a range of initiatives in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion. Since her early 20s Elaine has been actively involved in Environmental and Social issues and led the work with Business in the Community to create some of the first sustainability measures for business. She is passionate about nature and its restorative impact and potential for people and the planet and spends any free time outdoors.
