Michael Webber
Michael counsels successful people from all sectors, both in role and at key career transition stages; and in planning their succession and on life post full-time executive.
Prior to co-founding Manchester Square Partners in 2005, Michael spent 5 years in executive search and previously 24 years in international banking.
Originally from South Africa, Michael was educated in Italy and the UK. He has an Engineering degree from Cambridge University and rowed in the Boat Race in 1973.
When not engaging with clients, Michael enjoys helping graduates pursue their careers and understanding practical psychology. For the rest, he enjoys Mallorca, scootering, and learning about real life from his five grandchildren.
