Caroline specialises in CEO succession, advising leaders, Boards and Nominations Committees in the FTSE 100 and major multinationals.
Alongside, she advises on a wide range of contexts such as supporting Group CEOs in developing Executive Committee effectiveness, to being a sounding board to those seeking higher office, or to clients at an inflection point in their career.
Her earlier career was spent leading the UK leadership advisory practice at Spencer Stuart, and prior to that with Egon Zehnder. Caroline is a chartered psychologist and accredited executive coach.
