Paul Steggall
Paul is a trusted coach and adviser to Chief Executives and to those preparing to succeed them. He is known for his discretion, empathy and diplomatic directness, and serves as a sounding board for leaders navigating critical issues and consequential decisions. His work is private and typically conducted behind the scenes.
Before joining Manchester Square Partners, Paul founded and led Carbon, an executive search firm, where he served as Managing Partner for 20 years. During this time, he advised a wide range of organisations and senior leadership teams on succession planning and senior executive appointments.
Paul is a regular contributor to the CEO Readiness Programme at the Deloitte Executive Leadership Institute. He is a Trustee of the National Centre for Circus Arts, an Adviser to The International Exchange, and a regular speaker for Speakers4Schools on entrepreneurship.
Outside his professional work, Paul is developing a garden in Hampshire, maintains an active interest in fitness, and is learning to fly a glider.
