Rebecca McNeil
Rebecca is an advisor and coach to Senior Executives, and partner at Manchester Square Partners, alongside her Non-Executive work. She is motivated by how to sustain a rewarding executive career and maintain peak performance, along with best ways to explore and execute successful career management. During her own executive career, she enjoyed developing strong people cultures and transforming businesses. She now operates as a sounding board for leaders providing support during times of transition or challenge.
She has more than two decades of experience in Financial Services, most recently Rebecca was CEO of Close Brothers PLC Retail business, serving on the Executive Committee, alongside her role as Chair of the Finance and Leasing Association, and of the Women’s Sport Trust. Previously Rebecca was COO of Barclays Business Bank, and Chaired the UK Finance Corporate Committee. Her early career was with GE Capital and American Express.
Rebecca has held advisory roles with the Government’s Scale Up Taskforce and the Mayor of London’s Business Committee. She is on the Board of British Cycling, and volunteers with the Teenage Cancer Trust’s Arts and Entertainment Committee, and the National Parks Authority.
She has too many hobbies, but is primarily a keen sailor, triathlete, and woodworker.
