Rebecca McNeil
Rebecca is motivated by how to sustain a rewarding executive career and maintain peak performance, along with best ways to explore and execute successful career management. During her own executive career, she enjoyed developing strong people cultures and transforming businesses. She is an adviser and coach to senior leaders, formally qualifying with Meyler Campbell.
She has more than two decades of experience in Financial Services, most recently holding a key listed divisional CEO role on the Executive Committee of Close Brothers PLC and acting as Chair of the Finance and Leasing Association. Before, Rebecca was COO of Barclays Business Bank, alongside Chairing the UK Finance Corporate Committee. Her early career was with GE Capital and American Express.
Rebecca has held advisory roles with the Government’s Scale Up Taskforce and the Mayor of London’s Business Committee. She now Chairs the Women’s Sport Trust Board, and volunteers with the Teenage Cancer Trust’s Arts and Entertainment Committee, and the National Parks Authority.
She is a keen sailor, triathlete, and woodworker.
