Andrew Lowenthal
Andrew advises leaders and Boardrooms across a wide range of contexts and is one of the most experienced practitioners of Board Effectiveness Reviews in the UK.
Prior to joining Manchester Square Partners, Andrew spent 27 years with Egon Zehnder, where he led the Global Board Practice across all industries, having previously led the Global Financial Services Practice.
Andrew’s earlier career was as a banker with JP Morgan and CSFB, working in London, New York and Paris. He has an MBA from INSEAD and a degree in engineering from Oxford, where he played tennis and skied for the University.
Outside work, he is likely to be found on a bicycle or on a court with a racket in hand; he is passionate about sport for development and is a Trustee of the charity Greenhouse Sports, which works to address the problems faced by young people growing up in deprived areas of London.
Andrew is also Chair of the Nominations Committee at the MCC and is a former Chair of The Queen’s Club and a past president of the INSEAD UK Alumni Association.
