Cathy Turner
Cathy specialises in providing sounding-board advice to senior leaders across all sectors.
She has had a portfolio career for over a decade and has been a NED on multiple Boards. Currently, she is the Senior Independent Director at Lloyds Banking Group PLC and a Non-Executive Director at Rentokil Initial PLC.
Prior to her plural career, Cathy held several executive committee-level roles in major banking organisations with particular expertise in HR, Corporate Affairs, Investor Relations and Governance. Earlier in her career, she worked in business performance and change consultancy with several major audit and consultancy firms.
Throughout her career, Cathy has also contributed extensively to the not-for-profit sector, including work with the Royal College of Art, UNICEF and the Gurkha Welfare Trust.
Cathy likes activity and challenge when relaxing - scuba diving, kite surfing and mountain walking are current favourites.
