Rich Mayson
Rich is a sounding board and adviser to senior leaders and executive teams. He works with them on their leadership decision making and succession planning. He is known for being direct and pragmatic. Clients use him to test decisions, surface difficult issues and clarify what really matters.
Rich began his career in the Royal Marines before moving into executive development in 2013. He is accredited with the Association for Coaching and the International Coaching Federation as well as Hogan assessments.
A lifelong sportsman, he has represented the Royal Navy and Royal Marines at rugby. He once ran 54 miles in a pink gorilla suit carrying 35lbs for charity. He is still working on his golf.
