Rich Mayson
Rich is a sounding board and adviser to leaders. He works with executive teams on their development and cohesion as well as 1-2-1 sounding board work.
Rich is known to be straight-talking, energetic and passionate about helping people be successful at work.
Rich gained valuable experiences on tours of Afghanistan spanning 2006, 2007 and 2008 with the Royal Marines. In search of a new challenge, Rich moved into the area of executive development in 2013. He is coach accredited with the Association for Coaching and ICF.
A lifelong sportsman, Rich has been capped for Royal Navy Rugby Union and represented the Royal Marines. In 2017 he ran 54 miles in a pink gorilla suit carrying 35lbs of equipment for charity. He is a distinctly average golfer but is trying to change that.
