Elaine Sullivan acts as a sounding board and advisor to senior executives and board members. Clients include those leading major businesses in public and private companies, alongside professional partnerships, public sector and not-for-profit. She advises clients on a wide range of contexts driven by the challenges of leadership, succession, and career management.
Elaine also leads Manchester Square Partners’ board effectiveness review work; and a range of initiatives to position senior female executives to realise their potential in executive committee and executive director roles, as well as to support them in seeking NED roles in other companies.
Elaine has a wealth of experience, spanning senior industry leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer for Global Banking at Deutsche Bank, where she also chaired the annual Women in European Business conference; and earlier, as Global Head of Financial Markets at IBM. More recently, Elaine held senior positions within executive search and acted as an independent adviser to a firm specialising in career management for senior women.
Elaine is Chairman of the London Wildlife Trust which aims to create a London alive with nature, where everyone can experience and enjoy wildlife.
